BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS WEBSITE OR ANY OTHER WEBSITES OF CHARITY ACROSS SOUTH LAKE, D/B/A CHRISTMAS ACROSS SOUTH LAKE, ITS AFFILIATES OR AGENTS (“CASL” OR “WE”) WITH LINKS TO THIS TERMS OF USE (COLLECTIVELY, THE “WEBSITE”) IN ANY WAY, INCLUDING USING THE SERVICES AND RESOURCES AVAILABLE OR ENABLED VIA THE WEBSITE (EACH A “SERVICE” AND COLLECTIVELY, THE “SERVICES”) BY CASL OR USERS OF THE SITE (“USERS”), CLICKING ON THE “I ACCEPT” BUTTON, COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, AND/OR MERELY BROWSING THE WEBSITE YOU REPRESENT THAT (1) YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF USE, (2) YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT WITH CASL AND (3) YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO THE TERMS OF USE PERSONALLY OR ON BEHALF OF THE COMPANY YOU HAVE NAMED AS THE CUSTOMER, AND TO BIND THAT COMPANY TO THE TERMS OF USE.  THE TERM “YOU” REFERS TO THE LEGAL ENTITY IDENTIFIED AS THE CUSTOMER WHEN YOU REGISTERED ON THE WEBSITE AND YOU INDIVIDUALLY AND PERSONALLY AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL TERMS APPLICABLE TO SUCH ENTITY.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF USE, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THIS WEBSITE, THE APPLICATION OR THE SERVICES.

 

Donations

By completing the transaction, you agree and understand that: you are making a donation to Charity Across South Lake, Inc., , d/b/a Christmas Across South Lake, ("CASL") a Not for Profit Corporation.  CASL will process your charitable contribution for use for families in the South Lake Florida area for the Christmas season. Your credit card/billing statement will show your donation was made to “Christmas Across South Lake”.

If you wish to donate through the Service (“Donations”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Donation including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Donation; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
 

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your Donation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: service availability, errors in the description of the Donation, error in your order or other reasons.  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Refund Policy

We cherish every donation and work hard to ensure every dollar is put to work helping others quickly. When we receive your donation, we believe it was your full intention to support our efforts to meet the needs of the community. Because the Charity Across South Lake, Inc., d/b/a Christmas Across South Lake puts all donations to work quickly, we do not offer refunds on any donations or any donations made in receipt of gift items.
